This coming Easter whether it is with the kids, family or friends why not try to make this super easy Happy Easter with Skinny Scoop's Easter Chick to wow everyone with your culinary skills.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2x 175ml tubs Vanilla Camilla
50g organic coconut flakes, lightly toasted (Wellness Warehouse)
2 raw almonds
6 goji berries
4 raw cacao nibs
Method:
1. Remove Skinny Scoop from the freezer and allow to melt slightly. Using a butter knife, slide it around the ice-cream to losen from the tub. Turn upside down onto a small bowl (We used some vintage butter dishes), and carefully pop the ice-cream out the tub.
2. Cover with lightly toasted coconut flakes and add the features: an almond for the beak, the cacao nibs for the eyes and the goji berries for the head.
3. Place back in the freezer until ready for serve.
